The Turin Giants Name Former Azzurri Head Coach the Experienced Gaffer
The Serie A powerhouse have named ex- Italy manager Luciano Spalletti as their manager for the rest of the term.
Spalletti replaces his predecessor, who was dismissed after the Serie A side's defeat by Lazio recently.
Tudor arrived at the club in March to replace Thiago Motta but exited following a seven-month stint at the end of an eight-match winless run.
Spalletti guided Napoli to the Serie A crown in 2022-23 prior to assuming the Italy role, which missed out on the 2022 World Cup under former boss Roberto Mancini.
He helped them qualify for Euro 2024 where they were knocked out in the last 16 by Switzerland.
Yet, the Italian FA let Spalletti go in June following a loss to Norway in World Cup qualifying, putting Italy in danger of missing a third straight World Cup.
Spalletti's managerial career includes Inter Milan, Roma, and Udinese in Serie A and won the Russian Premier League twice with Zenit St Petersburg.
Massimo Brambilla took interim charge of Juventus for their 3-1 win against Udinese on Wednesday which left them seventh in Serie A - trailing leaders Napoli by six points after nine matches.
Their Champions League campaign sees them in 25th place in the group stage, with one loss and two draws in their first three games.
