Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round contest which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the pair confronted each other to publicize next month's boxing match.
Former two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth disparity - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I plan to damage his features and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm superior," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
In spite of such comments, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of declaring he will punish Paul, Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's largest money-making draws, consistently making huge paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a KO victory in round four or five and claimed he would stop the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the customary confrontation, with their height and weight contrast on show, it highlighted just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the bout is actually happening.
